Summer Lovin'

It's been a great summer...so hard to believe that it's halfway over!  We've spent our summer days and warm nights doing all sorts of fun things...

We went to the movie Monsters University with Joey, Maddox and Grandma Bobbi.

We went on a family picnic at Raccoon River Park...

We celebrated the 4th of July at home by working on our playset, playing outside, and watching fireworks from the end of our street.

We spent a morning at Raccoon River Park with Joey, Maddox and Saylor...

We've made numerous trips to the park...

We've spent several afternoons with Riley, Harper and Cole at the pool, at our house, and at the splash park.

We got to have Katelyn and Claire for a whole day, which meant a trip to the park, some time at Backyard Adventures, a stop at Cherry Berry and an afternoon at the splash pad.

And we said goodbye to Sean at his going-away party.  

The kids are at great ages and are really fun to take places and be around.  They love the pool and the park and meeting up with friends.  I've gotta say that it's been one of my favorite summers as a mom! :)
