Last week the kids visited the dentist. This was the first time for Brynn and only the second time for Carter. They both did so well and I was really proud of how old they seemed and how well-behaved they were. Carter was a little nervous about laying down in the chair so he wanted Brynn to go first. And since she had no idea what was going on, she hopped right up into the chair without a fight.
First up, Little Girl. She held Bunny in her hand, wore the sunglasses, and opened up wide. They brushed her teeth, counted them and checked for any molars.
Next up, Big Brother. After watching Brynn, he wasn't afraid of the chair at all. In fact, he thought it was so cool that it would raise up so high. He was all smiles until the end.
Kids with clean teeth? Check.
A good experience at the dentist? Check.
Mom and Dad's scheduled appointments for this week? Ugh...check.
